PRICING
If a product offered by Kosha By Nilima itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product.
With respect to items sold on Kosha By Nilima, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason, if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will inform you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
We do offer a WELCOME discount of 10%, however this is not valid on items that are already on sale.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with approx. conversion rate. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank/credit card provider on the date of billing.

The arbitrator award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.
For international orders, we charge the courier charges in accordance with the weight, size and destination of the customer. Shipping on orders above INR 15,000 is free.
The estimated delivery time will differ with each order. Typically, we take around 10 to 15 business days to dispatch orders within India, and 20 to 25 business days to dispatch international orders for our ready-to-wear by Kosha By Nilima.
Kosha By Nilima is made to order and can take up to 30-45 days for production and dispatch, depending on the garment’s design and style. Please refer to the Shipping Timeline on each garment’s information page before ordering.
Delivery within India takes 3 to 5 business days and internationally takes 7 to 10 business days depending on the location and custom clearance in the destination country. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.

NTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at kosha.label1@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
Duties and Taxes
All of Kosha By Nilima orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Indore, M.P. India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. House of Kosha By Nilima takes no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
Product properties and wash care
All of Kosha By Nilima products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, woodblock printing and embroidery.
We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Colour may vary on the website from the actual Colour of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry-cleaned.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Kosha By Nilima endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. At Kosha By Nilima we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 48 hrs of receiving your order!
You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 48 hrs of receiving the package.
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:
- The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
- The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. You may need to provide your account details to process the refund.
- If exchange is approved , the exchange order will be delivered within 10 business days
EXCHANGE
- We happily offer exchanges on all products (except the products that are customised or altered) Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.Please note, exchanges / Returns are limited to once per order,. Packages that don’t fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer.
