Kosha By Nilima endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. At Kosha By Nilima we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 48 hrs of receiving your order!

You are required to apply for return and exchange on our website within 48 hrs of receiving the package.

A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought at a discount is considered a final sale and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.

In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:

  • The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
  • The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. You may need to provide your account details to process the refund.
  • If exchange is approved , the exchange order will be delivered within 10 business days

EXCHANGE

  • We happily offer exchanges on all products (except the products that are customised or altered) Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.Please note, exchanges / Returns are limited to once per order. Packages that don’t fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer.

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • You can mail for exchange/return of garment at Kosha By Nilima by raising a request on our email kosha.label1@gmail.com
  • Once you click on the link you will asked for your order no and registered email/contact
  • Upon filling these details you will see all your products eligible for exchange
  • Then you can select a reason for exchange/return, give additional remarks, share relevant images and select refund option as store credit and the exchange Request is successfully placed
  • In case of defective or incorrect products it is mandatory to upload relevant images.
  • It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved/ rejected
  • Once your request is approved , Dispatch the product from any reputed or well known courier service.
  • After dispatch please share booking receipt with order ID, contact number email ID and new size or measurements on kosha.label1@gmail.com
  • Within 2-3 working days of the package being recieved, we issue a Store Credit to the customer’s email id used while placing the order .
  • If , your request is rejected before pickup or at the QC stage you can seek clarification by sending us a message on whatsapp: +918421573702

  • We don’t exchange or return products that have been customised.
  • We don’t exchange or return products that have been Altered.

HOW TO RETURN AN EXCHANGE PARCEL

  • All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
  • Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
  • Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • Please make sure that you include the shipping label while returning the parcel.

Product properties and wash care

All of Kosha By Nilima products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibres. The subtle variations in colour, texture and finish are intrinsic to handmade products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, woodblock printing and embroidery.

We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best colour properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate. Colour may vary on the website from the actual Colour of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry-cleaned.
